Terms of Service

These terms explain how this website works, what a service request means, and how our role as a restoration contractor is defined.

Last updated: August 3, 2026

Acceptance of These Terms

These terms govern your use of the Action Restoration website and any service request you submit through it. By using this site or submitting a request, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

This page is maintained by Action Restoration. It is general website content and is not legal advice.

What This Website Is

This site describes our restoration services and lets you request an inspection or emergency response. Submitting a form or calling us starts a conversation. It does not create a contract for work.

Any work we perform is governed by a separate written work authorization or contract signed before the project begins.

Emergency Requests and Response Times

We answer calls 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and dispatch as quickly as conditions allow. Arrival times depend on traffic, weather, crew availability, storm volume, and site safety, so any time frame described on this site is an estimate, not a guarantee.

If there is a threat to life, an active fire, a gas leak, or exposed electrical hazards, call 911 first.

Pricing, Payment, and Insurance Claims

  • For insurance claims, we document the damage, complete the restoration work, and bill your insurance company directly for the work actually performed. Coverage and payment decisions are made by your insurer.
  • For out-of-pocket or cash jobs, pricing is provided after inspection based on the scope of work required.
  • Any change in scope will be documented before the additional work proceeds.
  • You are responsible for payment of amounts not covered by insurance, including deductibles and items your policy excludes.
  • Invoices are due on the terms stated in your signed work authorization.

Insurance Coordination and Our Role

Action Restoration is a restoration contractor. We are not a public adjuster, an insurance agent, or a law firm. We do not negotiate claims, interpret your policy, or represent you to your insurance company.

What we do provide is documentation of the damage, moisture and damage readings, a clear scope of work, restoration documentation for the work performed, coordination with your adjuster on that scope, and direct billing to your insurer when you authorize it. Coverage decisions are made solely by your insurance carrier.

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information about the property, the damage, and your insurance.
  • Confirm that you own the property or are authorized to approve work on it.
  • Give our crews safe access to the affected areas and disclose known hazards.
  • Keep utilities available where needed for drying and cleaning equipment.

Text Messages and Calls

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive calls and text messages from us about your request, including automated notifications about scheduling and dispatch. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts at any time.

Reviews and Testimonials

Testimonials reflect the experience of individual customers. Every property and every claim is different, so results will vary.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Action Restoration is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Liability for restoration work is governed by your signed work authorization and applicable California law. Nothing in these terms limits rights you cannot waive under law.
